do healthy people ACTUALLY eat 3 meals + 3 snacks a day?? I always see "3 meals and 3 snacks" as a measure of eating enough but that seems like so much is that real
u guys ever have brief moments of clarity where the body dysmorphia goes away and ur like "woah im really skinny. what am i doing i dont need to lose weight." and then u immediately go back to thinking ur bmi 40 and move on w ur day
crazy how much I care about nutrients and "balanced meals" and my "protein goals" whilst actively undereating to the point a 4 year old would be malnourished
disclaimer I was not judging anyone I am genuinely genuinely trying to gauge how much is a healthy amount to be eating!!! But I have learnt that I think there is no "normal" and everything depends on the person

YES she was frying!! I did the maths of all the ingredients and each serving came out to 130-150 each even if all the oil was used... we just made a LOT of food I didn't realise how much it would be

i hate how affected i am by undereating compared 2 other ppl on here . There's bmi 14s eating 300cals a day and getting 40k steps everyday and im bmi 17s, eating nearly 1k and im so slow and weak and my chest hurts and i can't focus on anything. I don't even get 10k steps anymore

it only seems like a lot because you put it all onto one small plate!!! it looks like what an average lunchbox youd see kids having at school; a main and some snacks. thats a completely good portion and it looks tasty asf aswell !! i hope u enjoyed

today was not a good day and i feel like that is very visible in my food... was gonna end at 600 but I ate dessert bc i am brave & fearless💪
this is srsly my thought process tho I never end up eating my protein bars cos I'm like. 200cals for a tiny 50g bar when i could have 350g of potatoes or like 120g chicken for the same calories and be full forever
i just found out people absorb calories differently??? like two people can eat the exact same thing with 100 cals and one person can absorb 90 whilst the other only absorbs 60 bc of differences in how their body digests food . that's crazy???
