#iubb is in a good spot as it begins its search for its next coach. At the beginning of the Archie era, there were a number of road blocks facing the program. However, with an elite NIL budget, that’s simply not the case anymore. There’s no reason that they don’t get their guy.

In fact, he should feel fortunate that his buddies allowed for him to have a soft landing. The man does not deserve a single cheer in Assembly Hall. His tenure as a head coach was completely unacceptable and he should be treated as such. Thank God it’s over.

@zstein87 I would be shocked if Indiana hired Chris Beard. That would be a major shift from how the university has done things the last 10-15 years. There’s a lot more to Beard than what is out there publicly.

BREAKING: Indiana head coach Mike Woodson is contemplating stepping down and retiring, sources told @TheFieldOf68. The Hoosiers have lost 6 of their last 7, Woodson has lost the support of high-level boosters and there have been ongoing discussions today about his future, source told the Field of 68. If Woodson does retire, the current plan would be for him to finish out the season. Indiana faces Michigan on Saturday at Assembly Hall.
