From the footage I have seen from 10/07, the mother with the babies (kfir Bibas) looked to be taken by Gazan civilians. Also, Noa Argamani was taken by civilians on a motorbike. I don't think HAMAS knows where the majority of these people are. I pray I'm wrong.
