Really looking forward to discussing the socioeconomic aspect of my research on officer selection!
One of the last panels in our 2025 Conference, now only weeks away, considers understandings of leadership & motivations in the years before, during, and after the #FWW. After all, what makes people actually fight, and what keeps them in the fight, is essential to military life.
