Here is the difference between playing on a 120hz device and a 60hz one. First two recordings are from an iPad mini and an IPhone X at 60hz. Third is from an IPad Pro 2020 11inch. The difference is crazy. Kinda just makes me not want to play anymore.

My hot take from MSI is that Zeta is no longer the “sweep everyone with ease” team from last year. Everyone feels evenly matched and the global brawl scene as a whole feels more competitive.

I made a website that allows you to enter your player tag and find your latency info from matcherino tourneys you played in. There's also a leaderboard for lowest ping per NA server. Data was collected from around 1000 games in matcherino tourneys.

It’s wild that Stream B has such low production quality. You can hear the casters trying their absolute hardest to fill the time during the “draft” it’s so painful. From the looks of it, this is all being filled MANUALLY. This is not hard to program trust me.

Idk if this is still a thing in the game but if you guys wanna get rid of the 100% thing in Brawl just enable the dev menu on your phone or iPad and turn on “fast app termination”. Should also help battery life.

Brawl Stars removing boxes is actually something I wholeheartedly agree with. I hate gacha mechanics in games, especially with competitive scenes. Distancing mobile games from this style of monetization seems like a good move for long term health and growth.

Honestly feel like this is a huge roadblock for a lot of upcoming talent in Brawl. Most of the younger really talented players just can’t afford an iPad or 120hz phone and are out at a huge disadvantage compared to those on them. Sucks that’s how it has to be.
