hiring in web3 is much more difficult because people expect high compensation w/ least amount of work. the perception seems like everyone’s rich and parties all the time but that’s a tiny subset of crypto. some of the best teams I admire are resilient and have a bias on action.

Due to high gas prices, we've seen increased requests for migrating tokens from Ethereum to @0xPolygon. But, this was a manual process (~5 days). Existing bridges did not support custom ERC20 tokens. Coinvise Bridge allows any community to map tokens in < 5 min ⚡️.
