The hate for Metamask & Infura infuriates me. The ecosystem has gotten to where it is largely because of these two products. While 99% of the ecosystem is out here launching tokens to get rich quick, they work thanklessly behind the scenes to help build the decentralized future.
We have literally no desire to store more data than we need to. We just happen to have the most assertively transparent privacy policy in web3, and we're more self critical about how our current web infrastructure works than others are admitting.

Please retweet and signal your support for EIP 1559 if you’re in favor of it. I haven’t personally met a single person who isn’t excited for / overwhelmingly supportive of it, and I’m worried a very loud minority (miners) are going to slow things down / try to block it.
As much as I want to see 1559 live on mainnet, I won’t push for it if other client teams don’t think it’s a good idea. I will make a case for why it matters, the benefits, potential risks, etc. but at the end of the day, consensus among clients >>> any single EIP.
