ETH的ETF大概率5月23号就会通过。
但需要注意的是，直到最后可以上市并且交易，需要通过2个文件。
在5月23日将会通过的是19B-4，当这个文件被通过后SEC还需要通过S-1这个文件后ETH ETF才可以被上市交易。
而S-1这个文件SEC还没有提出与申请人进行商谈和修改，所以时间可能会是几周，也许要几个月。
