I sat by the roadside, looking at this & reminiscing the process. Designed during the covid lockdown. Brief from Ramesh (seshandesign) to me was for two overlapping roofs. I had fun doing this. Beautifully handled by the builders and seshandesign team. Completed. Finally

🧵 my thoughts. 1- design doesn't fit the purpose for the user. kitchens in standard dev units are usually tiny, malaysian kitchens needs outdoor kitchen space for proper cooking.2- design does not suit the tropical climate( no coping to prevent rain frm seeping in).

IMHO it doesn't really matter whether it's yellowtick/not. Most of the time, I'd turn off the yellowtick button on pentas marketplace. It's crazy the amount of talents out there. To get the "tick" is just an added bonus and shouldn't hamper your journey, at all. ♥️ .👁️🔺.
