@m_aleban الـMDR غالباً يكون غير مسترجع للتاجر. إذا العملية تمت وكانت غير معلقة( captured) ، فالمفترض ان الخصم بيتحمله التاجر. الحل اللي شفته يستخدم حالياً انه يتم تعليق العملية وتكون هذي هي فترة الاسترجاع، بعدها مايكون فيه استرجاع او يكون استرجاع مشروط بحسب سياسة التاجر.

@Aziz_Nefaie شكراً على المشاركة عبدالعزيز. كتاب جميل، ولو ان السرد فيه احسه مُبتذل شوي وبعض اجزاء الكتاب فيه استطرادات طويلة ومملة بعض الشيء. كتاب بين هورويتز احسه تكلم عن مواضيع زي : بناء الفريق، كيف تكون مدير جيد يقدر يبني فريق ممتاز، وثقافة المؤسسة بشكل ممتاز و السرد القصصي فيه رائع.
