@angellicc__ @MARC3L1N3SK1NNY your expectations are so high for therapy. for many of us who have went, our issues are too complicated for therapy to fix and many of us have come out even worse. it is NOT "oh I go to therapy and I come out fine", oftentimes they're useless. it's not a fix all thing at all.

@B0NGBONES I have a quite inhibited ability to experience genuine empathy for other people due to trauma but I have never said this to anyone because they would never see this the same. Most "empathy" I've shown others was disingenuous, and it makes me feel like a shitty person.
