I eat dinner at 7-8 pm and then fast until next day for brunch around 1-2 pm and have tea or black coffee in the morning because I have to wake up early

THANK U!!! my sw was 57 kg but I think I weighted 50-50.5 here bc I remember gaining sm last month bc I had no school 😭 current is 46 so 4 kgs difference between the pics ig!
