As you become a man, You will have more free time because you do not have too many responsibilities yet. Society and friends will tell you these are your “fun” years but they are WRONG! Your 20s are your building years. Do not waste them chasing women, buying drugs, alcohol, etc. Use that free time to do the following things that benefit and progress your life. TRAIN YOUR BODY - Exercise is imperative to living a healthy life. Whether you’re hitting the gym, practicing yoga, or going for a run, make sure your exercise routine includes strength training, cardio, and flexibility movement. Eat a balanced diet rich in macro/micronutrients, and avoid fast and ultra-processed food/soda. They are linked to many diseases. Listen to your body and give it proper rest when needed. Lack of sleep over a long period has been linked to diseases. SHARPEN YOUR MIND - Your Mind cannot produce beyond what it is fed. Read books, listen to podcasts, learn a new language with a free app, or take courses on a topic that interests you. Talk to people who make you see the world differently, and engage in conversations that will stimulate your mind. Challenge yourself and build discipline. BUILD UP YOUR FINANCES - Money is only a tool but one you must learn how to use effectively. Educate yourself about money and finance principles such as budgeting, saving, and investing as early as possible (again read books). Learn financial literacy as early as possible. Understand you live in a consumerist culture that you must first break free from. Learn high-paying skills. Financial stability provides the freedom to pursue your passions and live life on your terms. CONNECT WITH YOUR SPIRIT - We are spiritual beings having a material experience. Nurture your spiritual well-being, find your purpose, spend time in nature, meditate, or practice mindfulness. Journal your thoughts and feelings. Don't accept a religion just because you were born into it. Explore different spiritual practices to see what resonates with you. BUILD RELATIONSHIPS - Maintain a healthy relationship with your parents, and forgive them for all of their wrongs. They too are humans and not perfect. Build a network of loyal friends from shared interests in life. No one can do life alone. You need people and people need you. SURVIVAL SKILLS ARE IMPORTANT. Your leisure time is best spent learning survival skills which are crucial in our current society. Cooking - Being able to cook a delicious homemade meal is how you protect your health from the dangers of modern unhealthy fast food culture. Cooking is a survival skill anyone will benefit from and besides women find it attractive. 😉 Swimming - We live on a water world with 71% being water. Knowing how to swim is a vital life-saving skill. Beyond leisure, knowing how to swim could save your life or others in emergencies. Combat sport - Learn self-defense and your life and those you love might depend on it one day. Enroll in Boxing, Jiu-Jitsu, or mixed martial arts classes. First aid: As a man being trained in first-aid and knowing how to perform Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) can make the difference between life and death in an emergency.

You disagree with my tweet? That’s fine. I could be wrong as I’m not all knowing! But you disagree with a solid argument! Not with insult! If you can’t do this, it shows you are were not raised properly to have a conversation and I will be quick to remind you how your parent have failed you!

My stance is simple. Mass migration harms both the country of origin and the receiving country. The negative effects will become clearer in the years ahead, as Europe and other regions face the consequences of taking in large numbers of people with different cultures and religions. But my real concern is Africa’s brain drain and the West’s continued exploitation of our continent. Until we come together to build our home, we will remain slaves everywhere we go. If we all japa, who will rebuild the country?

I know some of you went to school, yet you are still uneducated. When confronted with new information, your first reaction is to resort to insults and denial instead of using the amazing technology in your hands to do research. But no, that is too much work because you would rather choose to believe than to learn and KNOW. YES, while many factors lead to PCOS, lifestyle changes are the #1 contributor to the increasing prevalence of PCOS. Now, the amount of known hormonal disruptors in the form of chemicals and dangerous toxins in beauty and cosmetic products is quite disturbing but how would y’all know when you don’t even care to read labels? Here’s a list of known endocrine disruptors commonly found in many of the products in the image: Parabens (Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Butylparaben, Ethylparaben) Phthalates (Diethyl Phthalate, DEP, DBP, DEHP) Sulfates (Sodium Lauryl Sulfate - SLS, Sodium Laureth Sulfate - SLES) Oxybenzone & Other Chemical Sunscreens Fragrances & Synthetic Perfumes Triclosan These are just a few of the known harmful substances. If this is what we do know, imagine what we don’t know yet. Now, use your data to find out what these chemicals do to your body! (Most of you won’t, but this is for the few who actually care about their health.) Read labels. Research products before using them. You are exposing yourself to harmful chemicals daily ones that could negatively impact your long-term health. To those with ears, LET THEM HEAR!
