Yea, but Mar-a-Lago with 10X the land, ocean frontage, & one of the most spectacular homes in the world on it is worth only $18 million because a judge wants it to be so for his narrative.
Our legal system has been commandeered by radicals hell bent on destroying America!
For reference, here’s a patch of trees down the road from the historic Mar-a-Lago property—on a lot that’s a fraction of its size—going for $150,00,000.

You must be happy being so ignorant about how property taxes are determined. Palm Beach County assesses the value for taxes. Not the Bank. Not Trump. Not the Market. The County determines that....and that is what taxes are based on.

The amount of money assessed for taxes is much lower than selling price. My house is assessed at 125,000. Houses like mine sell for about 300,000. I could get a second mortgage up to about 75 percent of the $300,000. You must not own property. Banks valuate for loans, not Owners

You do not accept property values so low for insurance purposes also.
When you own something valuable you want it protected.
