أعلنت مجموعة البنك الدولي تعزيز القدرة الإقراضية وتيسير تكلفة القروض التي يقدمها البنك الدولي للإنشاء والتعمير، مما سيتيح أكثر من 150 مليار دولار من التمويل الإضافي على مدى 10 سنوات، وذلك عن طريق خفض نسبة حقوق الملكية إلى القروض لـ 18% وإلغاء بعض الرسوم.
