Electoral Justice isn't at the tail end of an electoral process but the very beginning. Thus, Demarcation of Electoral Areas & Re-organization of Polling Stations are key processes that require participation of stakeholders to avoid disenfranchising voters.

estimates that there will be more than 40,000 polling stations during the 2026 general elections.
Polling stations are not expected to have more than 1200 voters in Kampala and 900 voters in other areas (districts, cities)
