Really like what the Padres have done, swooping in to sign Jason Heyward, Connor Joe and Gavin Sheets. Clearly, not sexy, but they fill voids on a team that was very close to beating the Dodgers last fall.

I'm doing a Future MLB Picks piece (o/u wins, etc.) and am using my @Mastersball wOBA projections and plugging into the Bill James Pythag. Talk about a rabbit hole. How to incorporate SB? Break wOBA into H/A and use the actual schedules? Talk about a rabbit hole, this is fun.

@jrthekid32 All of the Fantasy Index Draft Kit material comes from the Mastersball subscription content. Of course, some of the magazine projections need updating already, which will be available online later this week, but yes, they are essentially the most current Mastersball projections.

First live draft of the season is today. NERF, the New England charter of @EarthFantasyBB starts at 4 PM ET. Nothing like hanging with a great group, having some greasy food and regaling with Lawr Michaels' stories.
