There’s never been a college coach that has come in my office and asked “What 7s team does he play for?” BUT all have asked “What’s his 100 meter time/does he compete in anything else?” There’s a place for it absolutely but it doesn’t verify what is seen on tape 🤷🏾♂️#ButWhatDoIKnow.

Parents your kid may not be one of the “star” players (I get after those guys the same or more than anyone else), but if you teach em to be a STAR IN THEIR ROLE…The TEAM is better for it, and there’s a tremendous value on ANY team for THAT. 🎯.

Football has absolutely taken care of me, but when one of my players signs on the dotted line to college and has the opportunity to break generational curses and set their family up for success long term. that’s better than anything I’ve acquired from the game personally 🤞🏾💯.
