No not at all! Doesn't even mean they were necessarily good for you at all. You can miss people who send you mixed messages, etc. We have to really determine if that person really loves us and deep down inside you always know that.

It sure does! Our brains often misinterpret what we are feeling and deems us unsafe when we are not. There is an entire field called Neural Plasticity which teaches you how to rewire your brain & it is fascinating.
