@POTUS Make sure you know its going to crush Tesla and GM Q4 deliveries as it doesn't lift the EV manufacture cap until January. Hurts consumers who would otherwise qualify for the credit in January but already took it upon themselves to buy a responsible EV regardless of incentives.

@POTUS Why keep the EV manufacture cap in place until Jan 1 2023? Why not lift it immediately. Going to deincentivize anyone from buying an American made GM or Tesla for the next four months, and wreck havoc on those companies delivery numbers and stock price. Lift the cap as of 8/16!

@SawyerMerritt Can you clarify the meaning of the Transition Rule and what effects it has for EV purchasers that take delivery after bill enactment but prior to Dec 31 2022?
