I went online at 4pm. Bought a ticket for the 6pm train from KD to Abuja. Payment went through, ticket was issued and I printed it. Drove to Rigasa and entered at 5-ish as the arriving passengers disembarked. Stood in line. Showed my ticket, boarded the train!

My amazing aunts! These women, the younger twin sisters of my grandma, both became doctors at an age when medicine in India was dominated by men. They have traveled the world, written papers, & Mahtab Aunty (right) is a direct inspiration for Tomato Jos through her charity work.

All over the world, open-field tomatoes are seasonal. They need cool nights, hot days, and a dry climate.
In Nigeria during the rainy season, it is hard to grow open-field tomatoes.
EVERY YEAR in June, the prices go up. Every year guys.

If Nigeria were a serious country, they’d have the state ADPs go out and measure the acreage of each major crop planted. USDA does this for corn, soy, wheat, and other crops and it’s publicly available info.
