Masalah industri musik ini sudah masuk ranah pribadi: emosi dan dicampur aduk. Kasus yg masuk pengadilan itu seharusnya dijelaskan dengan baik oleh dua sisi: performer dan composer/ pencipta lagu dan bila perlu yg punya tempat acara: klarifikasi. Yang gw denger: performer itu sudah tanda tangan kalau dia sebagai EO juga. EO adalah yg wajib bayar ke LMKN. Sedangkan utk acara2 yg dimasalahin ini: infonya belum bayar ke LMKN. Ini diluruskan dulu sebelum bahas mau rubah UU atau PP dg Direct Licensing dll. Ga perlu seolah2 pecah 2 kubu. Industri musik Indonesia masih kecil: potensi income dalam negeri sendiri besar sebenarnya. Pemerintah harus turun tangan clearkan ga ada pasal karet dan bantu industri musik spt pemerintah Korea. Sayang banget musisi2 indo jauh lbh bagus dr korea misalnya tp ribut2 dalam negeri dan ga bisa go international.
