Celestine Ukwu was a renowned Igbo Highlife musician during the 1960s and 1970s. The “Ije Enu, Uso Ndu” crooner hailed from Abor in Udi LGA of Enugu state. He died in an auto-crash in Ogidi on May 7, 1976, aged 36.

Most times, I still think about her and her death. I can’t believe nothing is being done to her husband, Peter Nwachukwu who clearly abused her when she was alive. Her death is really sad and painful.
2 years ago today, Igbo Gospel Artiste, Osinachi Nwachukwu passed on. Her sad demise was as a result of perpetual domestic violence from her husband. The “Ekwueme” crooner was 42 years.

39 years ago today, General Buhari executed my beloved brother, Bartholomew Owoh in Lagos for an “alleged” crime. I'm yet to recover from his death.
