In order to make the looking down angle more 3D, I copied the front hat rim flipped it to make a back rim texture, and used an inverse mask to delete the lines 🫠

Invert Mask For Dresses 🔔
You can use Invert Masks to make dresses more 3D when turning
In this case, you can remove the line from a dress by duplicating the dress layer and putting it behind
Then clip the front dress to a mask and turn on the Invert mask
