When people apply to our team & don’t get in, we ALWAYS include the reason + well wishes in the email we send back, so nobody is left thinking they aren’t “good enough”. It’s not hard to give healthy & constructive criticism so people can do & be better & find where they fit 💙
The amount of people who have thanked me for sending rejection emails is crazy to me. I've sent about 200 this week.
But that's the thing - I actually send them. I actually comment on their work. I actually give advice.
Does it take longer? Yes.
Worth it, though? Yes.
