@myTDOT HELP trucks are assisting with traffic control related to a shooting investigation at Antioch High School. Please follow @MetroSchools , @MNPDNashville and local media for updates on this incident.
Announcement: Antioch High School is on a lockdown due to shots being fired inside the school building. Metro Police are on the scene. The person responsible for shooting is no longer a threat. We will be gathering students in the auditorium and will provide information on reunification as soon as possible. This is an active crime scene and investigation. We will work with the MNPD to provide further updates as they become available.

A lot of progress has been made today. Here’s an update from Deputy Gov./TDOT Commissioner Butch Eley and @TennesseeEMA Director Patrick Sheehan. With temperatures dipping below freezing overnight, refreeze is always possible. We urge drivers to use caution and watch for black ice. We will continue to treat roads as issues arise.
