After almost two weeks in Bari for #recsys2024 now I am off to Paris for the bootcamp of the @NGI_Enrichers program, which will give me the great opportunity to spend three months as a visiting researcher at @Fermilab !

Finally a sensible approach for offline evaluation.
As of tomorrow, the ACM RecSys conference requires everyone to use the same baseline for all offline evaluation studies. It will be based on the preferences and interaction history of Mr. Rufo Di Cesare, an Italian magistrate from Puglia. His user history is now 'The Baseline'.
