It is true but at the same time not. This only applies if you form a “gmbh” (cooperation) not a “einzelunternehmen” (sole propertyship) which is way faster, cheaper and you usually would do for your first money.

Just been to Athens, horrible!
They have buildings that are over 2500 years old and didn’t care to upgrade.
There is not even air condition and no shopping mall inside.
Also toilets are shit.
No phone chargers.
They don’t even measure CO2 levels there.

I think personally it’s very easy to spot the fact that Europe, once a great continent. Is now living on old merits. Albeit there are some new things going on. But 80% of everything is old, very old, and in desperate need of a complete upgrade.
