@wesstreeting our GP used to have Patches system open 7 days a week for appts. Then it went to just weekdays,then it cut it down to reduced hours daily and NOW you only get about an hour in morning until you get, 'safe level of requests has been exceeded' call 111 or go to A&E!

Why are these insane cases now daily? Some judges realise that with Starmer and an Attorney General who persecutes special forces & sides with terrorists & pushes Chagos, they can totally open the floodgates on immigration and the Government will do nothing. Terrorists. Sex criminals. Serial killers. Doesn't matter. Kemi B supports Starmer on ECHR/HRA. The Tories spent taxpayers cash on prison weddings for serial child killers. This will continue for years. Many families will be destroyed because of the Westminster consensus. Only regime change can save us

@RestIsPolitics I completely disagree with you about International Aid. Funding an aquarium (your example) to get soft power is completely UNACCEPTABLE and I suspect adds nothing to development. The British public would be furious if they knew. We should ONLY fund food and health
