Thank you @lyd_patrick for including me in your @Newsweek article. #Hiring is not always straightforward and has many nuances. I think the comments are informative to help job seekers and their positioning.

Thank you, Jacqui!
You know the adage, "The more things change, the more they stay the same?" I'm finding this axiom to be truer than ever as the return to concision in storytelling rises to the forefront of #executive #storytelling. With the undulations of the economy, technology, AI and more, executive career stories are returning to their foundational roots :: Words. They are stories unclouded by too much design, undistracted by pontification, but woven with the right amount of context and genuine spin that tells a story of Rising Action, Climax and Falling Action. But as importantly, what REALLY matters is using the right words, fitted, like a glove to the INDIVIDUAL #JobSeeker for whom the story is written (versus echoing every other story). 🎙️ 🎙️ 🎙️ I was further reminded of this axiom when my friend, @MarkADyson replayed a 10-year-old podcast in which he and I deeply discussed the Storytelling aspects of a #professional #resume. He has titled the evergreen episode: "Simplified Evergreen Resume Tips For Any Year That Wins" === If you are interested in our deep-dive exchange, I've included the link here:

In this week's episode of "The Voice of Job Seekers" podcast, I republish a 10-year-old episode on resumes w/ @ValueIntoWords. In 2014, an 80-minute episode. It was truly epic! Jacqui emphasizes storytelling in resumes.
