We attempted to resolve this in a civil matter, by clearly laying out to the Trader why this was happening - as they had broken our TOS.
However we took this approach to protect our reputation, as the user took to lies, deceit & defamation over X 😄

I think it is well known that in the Prop Industry if you break 1 rule, your chances of receiving payout are low.
However when you break multiple rules, then post defamation.
