Yikes @costcocanada, Costco Surrey (King George) pushed my tire swap appt(booked 3 weeks ago) last minute to the following day. I show up on time but am made to wait in a line for 45 minutes, then you take over two hours to do the work, and leave my rim like this? Thnx?

When you get a call-back from @BrevilleCanada ‘s customer service after 45 minutes just to be read out your case details and told you need to be ‘placed on a quick hold’ to speak to another department... why’d you call me back then? Still waiting...

@westelm My new 60” streamline bookshelf arrived yesterday with a massive crack down the middle. Called yesterday and a replacement shelf is on the way. But now I see that the price has dropped by almost $100. Will you at least offer a price match for all the inconvenience?
