Not sure what the fuss is about. Just a reminder that we changed Labour’s fiscal rule in 2019 to adopt public sector net worth as the method for assessing debt so that the value of the investment was taken into account in a realistic balance sheet approach to public investment.

I raised again the need to establish a scheme to evacuate seriously injured Palestinian children from Gaza for treatment in our country. We introduced a scheme for Ukrainian children & to extend that scheme to children from Gaza would be a small but important act of humanity.
