just weighted myself for the first time in like 4-5 months : i'm 45.1kg i just can't believe it ??? how did it happen??? i used to struggle to just reach it and maintain it for a few days, but after months of trying not to count cals, no excessive workout, eating what i want :o

my mom wants to lose weight so she's actually explaining to me on the phone how she's trying to be on a calorie deficit and workout more and cut sugar etc... i've been actually attempting recovery for a few months and it's going well but this is making me wanna relapse :/
