@kroger Does anyone else get annoyed by the constant barrage of announcements over the store intercom while shopping. They average at least 1/minute. Other stores do not do that. I have complained to the local store manager who says she will fix it but nothing changes.

@AskCapitalOne Since I already have an account, why should I have to reenter all of my information to open another one. They already have all of my info. They also can not open an account using paper, only on line which is not working.

@AskCapitalOne Tried to open another account this morning. Spent over an hour and renetered information four times only to be met with "we are having "technical difficulties". Representative called hellp line and could get no helpful information. I already have an account.
