@alamocares once you’ve paid they don’t care. sent 2 emails, rang 3 different Alamo numbers and visited Alamo to sort out our below standard rental. Paid over $800 to upgrade our car and got a dirty dented car with loads of large marks and sun tan lotion all over the interior 🙁
