Planking works so many more muscles other than just the core. The serratus anterior muscles in the shoulder stabilize the body in the plank. The glutes are also strengthened to stabilize hips. By working multiple muscle groups at once, posture is improved along with balance. #TRR

This particular #exercise consists of several movements you may see in a #danceclass such as the fan kick, the piqué, and the ball change. By working the abductor muscles in the outer hip, we are helping to create that beautiful #hourglassfigure the #TheRinckRoutine is known for.
