Working in childcare for many years, I would ask the father these simple questions and their response was always “let me double check with their mom”. LIKE HELLO? Is she allergic to this yes or no…
a father….not knowing….his own child or children’s physician….the things they’re allergic to, the teacher’s names, etc is negligence to me. stop putting it all on the woman to know all that information. last time I checked, y’all both made that baby.

Insane!!!! I’ve checked their files just to double check and majority of them are born here I was in shock. When I was in school there was at most 3 kids who were ESL because they were actually born elsewhere.

From an educators perspective, the earlier the better. Age appropriate at least. Teaching them boundaries, teaching them about consent, teaching them to keep their hands to themselves.
