For anyone doubting the legitimacy of hand counted paper ballots, look at Valdosta yesterday. Their machines failed to record 300 votes out of 5,758 ballots cast-a 5% error rate. Meanwhile, Milton posted their hand count results by 12:54 am.

In the Fulton Absentee by mail ballot images, because there are so many permutations of choices, a typical batch will have 8% of ballots with identical marks. Some batches have 3x or 4x the average of identical marks. Hat tip to HG.
