It is a MUST for the Home team to have security with a safe plan that will provide the visiting players & coaches a safe escort to their locker room .That can be done quickly & than the fans can celebrate their great win .Home team must provide security - once visitors off the court the celebrating can take place . If not safe Conference must heavily penalize the home school.
