@EmiratesNBD_AE Hi Zubair, I also provided the branch with my salary certificate, Visa, Emirates ID and Passport. To set up a Relationship Manager for my account. As I cannot do those using my blocked cards and EID at the branch ATM. Please could you review this application? Thank you.

@EmiratesNBD_AE Hi Zubair, I’ve already been to the branch and signed the forms, the advisor said it could take another 2 weeks.

@EmiratesNBD_AE I spoke to an advisor through WhatsApp Sunday. They confirmed I am entitled to this service and they put a request in to initiate the process. I was told it would take 6 days. I asked if they could escalate the proceeds due to the circumstance.

@EmiratesNBD_AE Unfortunately the fraudsters are surviving and the innocent victims are facing the consequences. My Christmas holidays are currently being ruined by fraud in my friends account and I’m stranded as a consequence with no assistance from NBD whilst I am abroad.

@EmiratesNBD_AE Thank you Zubair, I understand now that you need to wait for your fraud team to finalise their report before you can confirm anything. I have not received any calls or queries from them, I am happy to assist as much as necessary with this.

@EmiratesNBD_AE Thank you Zubair, I’m still awaiting details from NBD of the fraud committed by the third party and why this has impacted me and my account. I can’t visit a branch because I’m stranded in France with no access to my funds to travel.

@EmiratesNBD_AE Thank you Jubair. I have been seeking legal legal advice. My solicitor will be contacting NBD tomorrow. We need to understand why NBD blocked my account and froze access to my funds. I am still stranded in a foreign country with no answers.
