Chaos & confusion is a feature not a bug. Make no mistake, Donald Trump & his admin are hellbent on implementing their Project 2025 agenda, and it’s our seniors, veterans, children & working people who will be hurt as a result. So don’t let up because they sure aren’t.
This is NOT a rescission of the federal funding freeze. It is simply a rescission of the OMB memo. Why? To end any confusion created by the court's injunction. The President's EO's on federal funding remain in full force and effect, and will be rigorously implemented.

On January 6, 2021, while barricaded in my office, I led the call for accountability for those who helped incite the attack on our nation’s Capitol. Trump’s pardon of his loyalist mob of insurrectionists is an affront to all who care about the rule of law & our democracy.
I believe the Republican members of Congress who have incited this domestic terror attack through their attempts to overturn the election must face consequences. They have broken their sacred Oath of Office. I will be introducing a resolution calling for their expulsion.
