Got bored yesterday so I ran a stat comparison for the ‘23 season vs the ‘24 season. I know these stats aren’t great, but improvement is always a good thing! Very proud of our boys! And proud to be a part of a great staff @usghsfootball and @USGrantGenerals!

This week has been incredibly difficult w/ the passing of my mother. I sincerely appreciate all who have reached out & offered condolences. The many stories shared have been wonderful too. She was a great lady & I was blessed to have her in my life for so long. Thank you all.

As I was shopping at Walmart tonight a youngster, about 8, walked past. He was about 5 feet from me. I got my stuff, turned to go, almost ran into him. I said excuse me & apologized for not seeing him. His response: “You’re good, fam. Gotta clear.” Then he quickly walked away.

I may not have been as happy as a coach as I was when I found out who the OL coach @ U.S. Grant was. A familiar face, a great coach, a better person. I was lucky to be on staff when he played @ SNU. Now we share a sideline again, this time as colleagues. #RollStorm
