The @BreckAthletics girls hockey team has had a solid season with a 17-6 record, including winning their final six regular season games. Breck will take on Mound- Westonka/Southwest Christian in the Section 5A semifinals on Saturday.

The @MGCrimsonHockey team scored three third period goals to rally past @ACBoysHockey 4-2. The Crimson are now 13-8-1 on the season while the Wings fell to 7-15-1.

In the final regular season meet for both teams, the Park Center gymnastics team beat Champlin Park 121.4-116.0 Thursday. The Rebels on vault and bars while the Pirates won both beam and floor exercise.

The Park Center wrestling team tuned up for the postseason by beating Hopkins 46-26 as part of a tri-meet at Hopkins. The Pirates also beat Buffalo, while Hopkins lost to the Bison. Park Center hosts the Section 5AAA team tournament February 14th.

The @ParkCenterGirl1 team lost its sixth straight game, falling 74-60 to @rogersgbb1 on Wednesday. @KinnleyColligan scored 22 points and Claire Netzinger 21 to lead the Royals (10-11) in scoring. Lyric Singleton topped the Pirates (4-19) with 25 points.

The Maple Grove girls & boys teams each finished second at the Section 5 Nordic ski championship meet to advance to next week’s state meet. Elk River/Zimmerman won the girls title.

The @HopkinGBB team earned their second win of the season over Eden Prairie, beating the Eagles at home in overtime, 66-64. Hopkins advances to 17-4 on the season and has now won six straight games.

The Hopkins boys team grabbed one of two state qualifying positions at the Section 5 Alpine ski meet at Wild Mountain Tuesday. @WayzataTrojans had three individuals advance on the girls side, with @bsmredknights & Hopkins also sending girls on to state.
