If one were to tell me that I got to be friends with someone on Forbes’ 30 under 30 list and USA Today’s Women of the Year list before end of last year, I would have laughed. TED conferences got me exposed to and connected to so many cool people IRL!

@OtGita @HistoryOt You would probably have to pay at least almost 190,000 rupees to attend TEDNext last fall. (Almost 250,000 rupees if you don’t get early bird.)

@OtGita @HistoryOt A TEDx event is just an appetizer in terms of TED experience. You will hit the mother load when you go to an actual TED conference.

@OtGita @HistoryOt This is a whole new level of “play”. I know what I have gone through probably will teach OT’s who want to get into niche places something. I also think that academics’ advices for their students on how to get into niche spaces might need some updating.
