@danny_v8 Hi Danny, sorry to hear you are having issues to get Face ID working. Feel free to send us a private message so we can help or you can try these steps: More > Login settings > Remove PIN login. Then you should be able to set it up again, You'll need an SMS to confirm it. -Jordan

@soundallowed Hi Luka, This issue is being worked on as a matter of urgency by our IT team, we are sincerely sorry about the inconvenience. At this stage logging in with PAN and Password should get you in to online banking. Send us a private message if you require any support. -Tom

@louiloui84 Hi, we are still experiencing issues with using PIN/Fingerprint/Face ID. You can use your PAN and password to access your account via the app or Online Banking through an internet browser on your computer or mobile device. Our IT Team are working on this as a priority - Mich
