After so many years of staring at mouths on a screen for hours on end, I've begun unconsciously staring at real people's mouths when they're talking to me. By the time I remember they have eyes, it's too late... they already think there's something in their teeth.
A lot of people are saying this one must surely be accurate. All I know is that none of the word combos I tried ever managed to make this scene any less awkward

The State of the Union Address was a goldmine of material, and I'm going to dig into it more for sure. Right now, though, I'm busy analyzing the mouths of football players (which was most definitely NOT a job description I ever imagined for myself as a kid)

Thought I'd have this video out weeks ago (hey, life happens). It's a retrospective but has lots of new stuff too. In addition to material from the most recent season, I dug through the BLR archive and gathered never-seen clips from previous years.
Welp. Y'all did it — you listened to "Seagulls" SO many times that it went gold! Making music (goofy and otherwise) is what I enjoy doing most, and I'm just incredibly grateful there are people out there willing to listen. I love you all. Thank you for this unexpected present.
We all found our own ways of coping and staying sane during the pandemic. Me? I spent months watching Hamilton on mute, writing alternate songs and dialogue based solely on the mouth shapes of the performers (ok, so maybe a fail on the "staying sane" part)
Years ago, I lost a hard drive that contained several unfinished BLR projects, mainly stuff from the 2012-2013 era. I recently found the drive, and it's been a weird trip backward in time. After some final polishing, here's a bit of what might have been:
