I had the opportunity to tour BCIT today alongside @Troy4NJ7 and was impressed by the remarkable improvements they’re making to expand educational opportunities to more students. Vocational schools play a vital role in our state, offering students an alternative path to a successful career. I’m thrilled to see BCIT making the most of state funding to enhance and broaden access to this high-quality vocational education, ensuring that even more of our children can benefit from these opportunities. #burlingtoncounty #vocationalschool

This February, we celebrate the resilience, achievements, and contributions of Black individuals who are essential to the fabric of our communities, state, and nation. As we reflect on both the struggles and triumphs of the past, we reaffirm our commitment to creating a future rooted in equality, opportunity, and justice for all. Together, we continue to uplift and honor the incredible legacy of Black history. #BlackHistoryMonth

Two of my bills were signed into law today! A3894 will close safety gaps and ensure the highest level of protection for our residents. While A3414 modifies student permits to allow aspiring hairstylists to gain hands-on experience earlier, helping them better prepare for their careers. We look forward to seeing both of these important laws put into action.

Yesterday, my office participated in the SRAP Outreach event, where we had the privilege of assisting numerous individuals with their applications. We also helped address any challenges they were facing, provided cell phones through the Lifeline program, and distributed food. It was truly rewarding to support so many in our community. If you weren't able to attend or need further assistance, we’re still here to help! Please contact our office before the SRAP deadline tomorrow, January 31, at 5:00 pm at (856) 242-2018. @Troy4NJ7

Preserving our state’s rich history is crucial, and this bill is a vital step in ensuring these historic areas remain safeguarded for future generations. I’m excited to announce that my annual Red Sand Project will take next month, on February 22, at Laurel Acres Park. This powerful event serves to raise awareness about human trafficking and highlight our ongoing efforts to combat this critical issue. We can’t wait to see you there and make a difference together! #RedSandProject

Today, we honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., whose commitment to justice and equality continues to inspire movements worldwide. As we reflect on his words and actions, we renew our dedication to building the world Dr. King envisioned—one of equality, compassion, and opportunity for all. #MLKDay
