An Mhaigh & Tyrone senior footballer, Harry Loughran, has been forced to announce his retirement from the game, at just 26 years old, due to injury.

An Mhaigh All-Ireland winner Michael Conroy brought the Sam Maguire & Anglo-Celt Cups this week to a happy Eddie Devlin from Coalisland. A Tyrone legend, Eddie captained his county to two successive All-Ireland minor titles in 1947-48 and won Ulster senior medals in 1956-57.
AIDAN McALEESE R.I.P.
Yesterday evening was a very difficult one for our club as we learned of the sad and untimely passing of our esteemed club member, former footballer and former youth team mentor Aidan McAleese. He was aged just 51.
An Mhaigh Tír na nÓg GAC is a club in mourning today with the news this morning that our esteemed honorary President, Malachy O'Neill, has passed away.
To the O'Neill family, we extend our heartfelt sympathy at this very sad time. Ar dheis lámh Dé go raibh a anam uasal.
