UPDATE Thank you all for the kind words ❤️❤️🩹 Surgery went well on Tuesday. It was a long 12 hour surgery day. Cardiologist said it went great. Modern medicine is amazing these days. I’m back home now recovering & feeling mostly ok! My night nurse let me keep my grippy hospital

Thanks to modern medicine I’m mostly back to my pre-heart surgery routine, with the addition of 4 new scars. Feeling good mentally and physically. My coach said he knows I’m feeling better because I’m being my usual sarcastic self and complaining about doing foot work this

This is a pretty big step for me as I struggle with a phobia of the sun ☀️.
